You will peel fruits easily.

Your cooking will go through a dramatic change!

This is the petty knife.

The shape resembles Gyuto but smaller.

Often used for peeling fruits or to perform small intricate work.

It is a double bevel knife utilized by Japanese chefs.

This knife is a petty knife made of a single piece of steel that is resistant to rust.

This steel is made by adding rust-resistant materials to alloy steel, and is somewhere between steel and stainless steel.

It is resistant to rust, but since the base is alloy steel, it will rust if left wet.

The sharpness is close to that of steel, and it is incomparable to stainless steel.

This is a knife made of rust-resistant steel, but please wipe off the water well after use.

Please also wipe the handle well.

If rust appears, you can polish it with a cleanser and there will be no problem.

The size depends on the length of the blade.
