You can make the finest sashimi.

Your cooking will go through a dramatic change!

This is the Honyaki Yanagiba knife.

This is the highest quality Mizuyaki knife among knives made from Blue No. 2 steel.

Originally a Kansai-style sashimi knife, it is now commonly used in both Kansai and Kanto.

Blue No. 2 steel is very hard, so sharpening it may be a little difficult, but once you have a blade, you will experience the best sharpness and long-lasting cutting ability.

The size is the length from the tip of the blade to the gusset (the gap between the handle and the knife), not the blade length.

It is made of Japanese swords (Samurai Katana) technique for a long time, then it feature tough and sharpness.

This knife is recommended for those who enjoy preparing sashimi. It is a long and thin knife which gives you ease in thinly cutting fish and shellfish.

It looks very beautiful, and is a kitchen knife that attracts customers even if you are a chef.

It will be one item of your brag that looks like a sword.
