Customer review
I studied Japanese cuisine in Japan. Japanese food is both very appealing to the eye and very tasty. At first I was very impressed about Japanese food therefore decided to study. It is difficult to skillfully cut and prepare fish and sushi. Within the sushi chef network most of them use Aritsugu knives. To skillfully prepare Japanese food, both knowledge and technique are necessary. Above that, the quality of the knives and equipment used are very important. If I compare Aritsugu knives to others, it is certain that Aritsugu is superior. You are sure to finely cut each ingredient nicely. I wish to offer a nice food preparation therefore I wanted a quality knife to do so. So that is the reason why I purchased Aritsugu. I'm so happy. When I purchased the knife, I was offered to have my name in Katakana embedded on it. It was amazing to receive such unique service, rarely found with other companies. I'm very happy to know that the knife I own is one of its kind. From now I would like to promote Japanese food in my country, I wish to offer good tasting quality food using Aritsugu products. I'm very happy of my purchase! (From Russia)

It is a free service. You can choose your name or something else you would like written on your Japanese knife. Please refer to #2 photo on the top page. You can have it done in English, Kanji or Katakana. The clients who ordered it were all very satisfied. Choosing to have your name engraved on a Japanese specialty knife would make it a quite unique.
