This knife is our original, made by mixing rust-resistant ingredients into the steel knife, and is designed to maintain its sharpness and prevent rust as much as possible.

However, since the knife is inserted into a Japanese-style handle, the handle is thinner and it is slightly lighter than a Western knife.
