This knife has a slightly curved appearance like a katana.
It is narrow like an octopus-pulling knife, and can be used like a yanagiba knife.

The steel is blue 2 steel, so it is moderately hard and the sharpness lasts a long time.
The size is the length from the tip of the blade to the gusset (the gap between the handle and the knife), not the blade length.
