You will cut a fish, meat and vegetables easily and your cooking will go through a dramatic change!

This is the Santoku knife. It is made of alloy steel(carbon steel). An all-around performer that cuts practically anything. You will love how the weight of your Santoku works for you. Its beveled edge is perfect for portioning meat or preparing fish.

This is a single steel santoku knife that uses alloy steel. The width is wide, so it is convenient when cutting thick ingredients. The sharpness is better than that of stainless steel, but since it is a steel knife, it will rust.

After using, please remove the water well. Wipe the pattern well. Rust may appear during use. If rust appears, there is no problem if you can polish it with a cleanser or the like.
