You will peel fruits easilyYour cooking will go through a dramatic change!

This is the petty knife. It is made of blue steel and stainless steel. This knife is recommended to peel and cut fruits and vegetables.

The width of the blade is narrow, length is long and has a very sharp tip. It can be used to cut ginger, garlic and even cakes. It's a good and practical knife to have in the kitchen.

It will be an interrupted Japanese petty with blue steel sandwiched between stainless steel. The stainless steel part does not rust, but only the steel part of the cutting edge does.

Compared to steel knives, it is much easier to clean, and since the cutting edge is made of steel, it does not cut quickly like stainless steel.

After ordering you will receive an order confirmation (a name engraving service) via e-mail.
