    Excellent quality and service!

Posted by Eduardo on 2nd Feb 2021

Many years ago on a trip to Japan I happened upon the Aritsugu shop in Kyoto. I knew very little about knives at the time, but the people there helped me select and knife and even engraved my name in Kanji on the back. It has since become my favorite knife and I make sure to take good care of it. I have been unable to find anything that even comes close from western sellers. I decided to get one for my a good friend of mine during a planed trip to Japan in 2020 near the olympics. Sadly that trip never happened. I was so happy to find that I could order one and have it shipped to me in South America!

The service was truly excellent and the knife arrived in about 2 weeks. I could not be happier. I gave it to my friend as he was very happy to receive it. The knife itself is made to a high level of craftsmanship and is not only incredibly sharp and agile, but a beautify piece of art. I highly recommend Aritsugu knives and I also highly recommend Japanses-Kives!
