I am a chef. In the past, I have heard from colleagues of the high quality standards of ARITSUGU. In the near future I would also like to use this knife. Once I use it, I will be able to know how well it cuts. By looking at it's handle and tip design, I felt it's traditional Japanese uniqueness. When I received the sword and the information sheet, I understood the knife's maintenance, therefore I also purchased a sharpening stone and oil.
