You can cut a fish and chicken easily. Your cooking will go through a dramatic change!
This is the iDeba knife. It is made not only stainless steels and ceramics, but also Aoko (blue steel #2). The knives are made of Japanese swords technique for a long time, then they feature toughs and sharpness.
Deba is indispensable for cleaning fish. It is used to cut through hard bones and also to filet the fish. Thus, it is constructed with a thick spine while the tip is thin with an extremely sharp edge.
Recently, the iDeba knife is much more popular than the Deba knife. It has a slightly thinner peak and narrower width than the Deba knife, although not as extreme, making it easier to use for opening fish.
However, if you drop your head or do rough work, please use it carefully. This Aide blade uses blue 2 steel, so it is harder and sharper than white steel. The size will be the length of the blade.
